Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive search and organic social media strategies to effectively engage target audiences.

Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for specific business areas, gathering insights and sharing learnings across channels.

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing objectives with paid search and organic social media goals.

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Social Media Company, FB, Instagram, Google, and Bing.

Oversee agency partners to ensure high-quality strategy, content creation, and execution, while maintaining a cohesive channel strategy.

Utilize advanced audience targeting and segmentation to effectively reach decision-makers and personas within target markets.

Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI.

Analyze performance data using internal analytics and external tools to derive actionable insights and business recommendations.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, messaging, targeting, and landing pages for improved campaign performance.

Identify opportunities to optimize and test new capabilities, pilot innovative strategies, and share learnings across the XO team and broader organization.

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience in digital media marketing, media planning, or social media management.

Expertise in paid search and organic social media within a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceutical/biotech).

Proficient in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Bing, GDN, and social media management systems (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social).

Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and digital campaign optimization.
