Responsibilities
Brainstorm, create, post, and analyze social media content with a high degree of creative freedom and independence.
Focus on Instagram (posts and reels).
Get new users to download Shades, using the best approaches and methods to get attention on Instagram.
Promote awareness of Shades, and encourage people to download our app.
Brainstorm creative content ideas, test them, post frequently, and analyze results.

Required
You're currently an undergraduate student at a college/university in the United States
You're confident and charismatic, and are very well connected at your school with a wide circle of friends
You have a strong ability to work independently and remotely
You're outgoing and are confident in creating social media content, including if that means being in front of the camera
You're creative and aren't afraid to put bold ideas into action
You are very organized and can manage projects with lots of moving pieces
You're excited about the mission of Shades
