Responsibilities

Community enablement: schedule ~ 1 enablement session per month for our community members: align with stakeholders on dates, speakers, and publish on our event platform. Support the promotion for these events, share attendance reports, publish assets in our content repository afterwards.

Social media management: write and schedule educational posts for the Community social profiles, create basic graphic assets on Canva, analyze and share social performance monthly.

High-level community data management and reporting: leveraging our new community platform (Common Room), support the team with data uploads and reports, and analyze insights from Common Room.

Required
