Responsibilities
Develop Social Media Strategy: Create a comprehensive strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Identify key platforms and tactics to effectively reach and engage with potential customers.
Content Management: Oversee creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and advertisements. Provide support and guidance to content creators to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the company's audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally. Cultivate a positive and engaged community around the brand.
Marketing Funnel Development: Build a marketing funnel that guides social media followers through the customer journey, from awareness to conversion. Implement strategies to drive direct bookings and generate leads through social media channels.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates. Use data analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives. Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and content creators to amplify the brand's reach.

Required
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
