Responsibilities
Coordinate, prepare, execute, and report on vendor partner product campaigns in partnership with Program Managers.
Prepare, launch, optimize, and report on about 10 unique vendor campaigns per month.
Balance quick-turn projects with upstream planning and project deadlines.
Drive sales demand by leveraging new avenues of selling gear and apparel through social media.
Contribute to ongoing report recaps that inform growth and optimization.
Publish and manage the social commerce calendar for upcoming product-driven campaigns.
Maintain the tagging and other technical details within social platforms.
Support day-to-day paid social publishing and optimization across all social media channels.
Drive innovation that taps into new trends and inspiration through gear and apparel.
Manage tactical planning with guidance within the parameters of the assignment.
Champion new ideas that position the company’s social channels as a valuable and growing path to purchase.
Work collaboratively with cross-division partners and cross-functional teams to find efficiency in how to deliver a best-in-class customer path to purchase.
Manage the development and communication of Annual Marketing Plans for assigned lines of business in support of business owner’s needs and the company’s annual business plan.
Contribute to strategy development in partnership with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Program Managers.
Author multi-channel marketing program plans, both customer and employee-facing, in support of respective Annual Marketing Plans.
Orchestrate program plans throughout cross-divisional planning, execution, and recap phases, including ROI analysis.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and staff from concept through delivery of marketing programs.
Shepherd the creative development process for deliverables that support marketing programs.
Partner with the Brand Communications Team Members to ensure the marketing programs are aligned and integrated with overall seasonal campaigns and other annual marketing programs.
Manage both external and internal business relationships with vendors, clients, strategic partners, and agencies.
Evaluate partnership opportunities and proposals for strategic relevance and business needs, ensuring they’re in line with core values.
Accountable for tracking the marketing budgets of all assigned programs and all associated components.

Required
Bachelor's Degree is required.
3+ years of experience in retail apparel, outdoor gear, sporting goods, or outdoor industry is required for this role.
3+ years of experience in purchase-focused digital/social selling.
3+ years of proven experience in successfully influencing customers in their buying and driving product sales.
3+ years of experience managing social selling campaigns directly on Facebook, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
Hands-on keyboard experience with Social Selling Platforms, including Meta, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Strong experience with ad platforms on all major social media platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, SNAP, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
Ability to develop creative strategy and implement testing.
Deep understanding of analysis and crucial reporting needs and insights.
Intermediate to Advanced-level MS Excel skills (and other tools).
Strong experience optimizing campaigns with efficiency and detail.
Proven ability to report and analyze data during and post-campaign.
Ability to learn and make adjustments in real-time from past campaigns.
Strong understanding of what tactics work to sell products at scale on social platforms.
Highly collaborative team player who is eager to contribute to a strong, mutually supportive culture.
Demonstrated understanding of social media user behavior, insight analysis, and objective reporting to inform planning.
Must have paid social experience, including coordinating, preparing, executing, and reporting on vendor partner product campaigns in partnership with Program Managers on social media platforms.
Experienced and comfortable organizing large datasets to uncover the ‘why’ in the data.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines and communicate collaboratively and effectively with the team.
Must be comfortable speaking on behalf of social commerce support outcomes with internal partners.
Creative thinker and self-starter who can adapt quickly and thrive in fast-changing environments and circumstances.
