Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement effective social media campaigns, including content and engagement strategies. This will include expanding our presence into new Social
Content Creation: Craft compelling content for various platforms. This includes working closely with our content creation specialist, graphic designer, stakeholders, and other outside resources to generate high-quality written and visual content that informs, educates, and resonates with our target audiences.
Platform Management: Manage, develop, and optimize social media accounts and build our presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) by regularly posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with all social media accounts.
PbN Presents OTT Channel. Be the administrator of our OTT platform designed to deliver high-quality content that empowers dental professionals to excel in their practice.
Engagement: Experience in different types of social media engagement including likes, comments, shares, reactions, retweets, mentions, poll participation, contest entries, video views, live stream interactions, user-generated content, engagement with influencer posts, and more.
Analytics and Performance Reports: Proactively monitor social media metrics, define and track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports and recommendations for increasing traffic, growth, and engagement performance.
Industry Groups and Associations: Research, identify, and engage with key associations, influencers, and industry groups to promote our thought leadership content and strengthen our back linking efforts.
Collaboration and Support: Work closely with remote team members, program directors, and other Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required
4+ years of proven experience as a social media specialist with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective performance across various platforms.
Excellent command of the English language, with exceptional grammar, punctuation, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines and social media algorithms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in the Healthcare industry is a requirement.
Portfolio of samples showcasing writing work (at least two long form and two short form examples and samples showcasing Social Media engagement and results).
Ability to analyze data and interpret metrics to optimize social media campaigns.
Preferred
Experience in the dental industry is a big plus.
Experience in a digital agency is a big plus.
Experience in identifying, engaging, and collaborating with influencers to amplify brand reach and messaging is a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, proficiency tools like Hootsuite, and CMS platforms like HubSpot is a plus.
Familiarity with various AI generative tools is a plus.
