Responsibilities
Implementing process flows in Sprinklr (and other tools) to deliver social media solutions for:
Rules for Customer Message and Case routing on Social Media
Social Media Listening
Social Media Publishing
Customer Surveys
Social Media Response Bots
Reporting Metrics on Social Operations
Advising on, gathering requirements on, and grooming capabilities and configurations within th and Corporate Communications
Creation and maintenance of user accounts
Issue tracking in iTrack:
Provide technical support for reported production defects and customer issues
Responding to defects within SLAs
Documenting implementation, testing, and deployment efforts

Required
Strong logical foundation in understanding and creating complex process flow boolean logic
Understanding of queuing theory
At least a basic understanding of software development
Very strong communication skills
Project management competency
Agile methodology competency
Sprinklr application expertise or strong working knowledge
Working knowledge of JIRA
Requirements gathering
Familiarity with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major social networks
Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
Administration of major Social Media tools and applications (mainly Sprinklr)
Implementing process flows in Sprinklr (and other tools) to deliver social media solutions
Reporting Metrics on Social Operations
Advising on, gathering requirements on, and grooming capabilities and configurations within Corporate Communications
Creation and maintenance of user accounts
Issue tracking in iTrack
Provide technical support for reported production defects and customer issues
Responding to defects within SLAs
Documenting implementation, testing, and deployment efforts
