Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and executing social media strategy
Tracking and analyzing campaign analytics while managing budgets
Creating and fostering a community on social platforms
Managing several accounts and monitoring engagement
Working closely with our design team to execute campaign visuals and scheduling accordingly
Create and monitor social media calendar

Required
3+ years of experience transforming social media into a strategic, brand and revenue-generating channel
Consistently on the pulse with new trends, features, competitive insights, and in general, have an intuitive grasp of what's most engaging to target audience on a channel
The ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
Ability to identify what is working and new ways to achieve goals
Proven success using social media marketing strategy in the context of business goals and consumer needs
A self-starter who is able to balance many tasks from multiple departments
Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to online customers
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
A proactive, can-do/problem-solving attitude a must
