Responsibilities

Plan and oversee content calendars, ensuring alignment with branding and marketing goals.

Collaborate with clients to develop compelling campaign concepts that resonate with their audience.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and industry shifts to keep strategies current.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of content and campaign ideas.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of social media strategy experience.
Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools and platform-specific insights.
Familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.
Social Media Strategy Expertise: A proven track record in creating and executing strategies across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Content Planning & Optimization: Ability to develop content calendars and optimize performance based on audience engagement and analytics.
Creative & Analytical Balance: A mix of creative thinking for campaigns and a strong understanding of performance metrics to refine strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with clients, understand their goals, and present clear plans and results.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Skilled in identifying challenges and crafting actionable solutions.
Project Management Skills: Capable of managing multiple accounts and campaigns, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Preferred
Paid Ad Campaign Knowledge: Familiarity with running and analyzing paid ad campaigns across platforms (preferred, not required).
