Responsibilities
Architect and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions for healthcare RCM workflows.
Design integration strategies for various healthcare APIs (HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835) to enable seamless data exchange across systems.
Lead cross-functional collaborations with stakeholders, including RCM analysts, coding specialists, and developers, to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Develop and manage secure, scalable healthcare data processing pipelines and workflows.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of automated processes.
Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and propose enhancements to optimize performance and scalability.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly those relevant to healthcare automation and RCM.

Required
Minimum of 8 years in healthcare IT, with at least 5 years of Python development and 3 years in an architect-level role.
Deep knowledge of healthcare RCM processes, including eligibility verification, claims management, payment reconciliation, and denials management.
Extensive experience with healthcare APIs like HL7, FHIR, and EDI 837/835, and expertise in integrating third-party software such as EHR/EMR and billing systems.
Proven track record in leading automation projects to streamline complex workflows within the healthcare domain.
Strong analytical skills to address complex data and system integration challenges.
Exceptional ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred
Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics for enhancing RCM processes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
