Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate recommendations, concepts, and requirements for the application of current and emerging technologies and AI bias mitigation best practices.

Research, evaluate, and make recommendations on emerging AI technologies for Conversational AI application to current and future systems.

Collaborate with various teams to support design, development, and management of AI architecture integration initiatives, prioritizing innovation and technical excellence.

Engage various stakeholders in technical exchange and working groups, developing AI modernization roadmaps, developing and delivering technical briefings and supporting documentation.

Design/Architecture of the product/solution across various technologies such as AI, NLP, ML, Cognitive to develop Chatbots/Agent Assist/Virtual Assistant in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.

Leading complex AI/ML, GenAI, Conversational AI projects.

Strong Technical background in delivery of AI-enabled Bot solutions and lead the delivery of large-scale conversational AI projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop well-engineered, tested, and documented software libraries and applications using Python, JavaScript, and cloud technologies.

Strong exposure to the latest trends and technologies of AI and bot to propose the right Architecture for products and solutions.

Commitment to high-quality customer service and attention to detail.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science / Software Engineering / or a related field with minimum of 15 years with hands-on experience in building AI-based conversational bot

Hands on experience in Bot platform/frameworks like Kore.ai, IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.

Strong background in Python, JavaScript and front-end technologies.

Solid understanding of API development, cloud services (Azure), and solution architecture.

Hands on experience in working on projects related to Gen AI, LLM, AI/ML, RAG, Conversational AI (Voice & Text), API Integration, Prompt Engineering

Familiarity with chatbots, voice enabled devices, or other conversational channels and integrations with various social channels like Slack, FB, Twitter, Skype, MS Teams etc.
