Responsibilities

Deliver and manage Tungsten Automation AutoStore and Output Manager solution to customer based on requirements document as a subject matter expert

Proactively monitor and troubleshoot issues with existing Scanning solution

Work independently in developing a solution per the customer’s requirements

Document all customer-specific configurations

Work with Customer's ticketing system to handle Tier II support cases related to scanning needs

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner to maintain client satisfaction.

Pursue training and certifications for specific products based on customer needs
