Responsibilities
Provide technical support, maintenance, and enhancement activities for Archer IRM solutions.
Lead junior and intermediate team members through the systems development lifecycle.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform tasks such as study, analysis, design, programming, testing, and product installation.
Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure application availability and adherence to project requirements.
Proactively monitor, alert, and report on system performance and issues.
Contribute to service processes, ensuring compliance with technical standards and security protocols.
Lead design activities, including requirements analysis and system/application process specifications.
Detect and remedy defects or issues identified during testing phases.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Provide technical advice to project managers and team leads, offering direction to team members and service providers.

Required
7 Years in a similar Role
Archer IRM implementation and support.
Iterative and Agile project delivery methodologies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong facilitation, organizational, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills.
Capability to collaborate across teams with adaptability and openness to feedback.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline, or comparable work experience.
Extensive experience in Archer IRM solutions
ITIL: 7 years (Required)
SaaS: 7 years (Required)
Agile: 7 years (Required)
Preferred
ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus.
Utility industry experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with business case justification methodologies.
Understanding of professional scrum practices and agile frameworks.
