Responsibilities

Write, test, and maintain code for software applications and systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and project managers, to gather and analyze requirements.

Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Develop and implement software solutions to meet client and organizational needs.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for code, design specifications, and user manuals.

Stay updated with industry trends, programming languages, and best practices to enhance programming skills and application performance.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Contribute to project planning and timeline estimations.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a Computer Programmer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript; experience with web development frameworks is a plus.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies and application lifecycle management.

Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Federal Experience is a plus.
