Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications, APIs, and databases using Agile Framework
Routinely analyze, troubleshoot, and debug applications for business requirements, ease of use, speed, reliability, security, and other quality factors
Collaborate with partners to design new custom features and integrations
Share knowledge by creating and maintaining component documentation and tutorials
Take ownership of daily project needs and communicate with team using Outlook, Slack, Atlassian and Monday.com products
Collaborate with Product Team to ensure business requirements are understood and solutions are scalable and sustainable
Collaborate in process of estimating project Backlog, and update time and task tracking systems as needed
Ability to work independently in a mostly remote environment as well as solid interpersonal skills
Ability to speak and write technical English

Required
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, preferably using React JS, C#, SQL, or similar languages.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent skills
2+ Years working experience
Ability to work independently in a mostly remote environment as well as solid interpersonal skills
Ability to speak and write technical English
Preferred
Experience with ReactJS Hooks, TypeScript, ASP.NET, C#, GraphQL, MaterialUI, CSS, Sass, or Styled Components, SQL Server, Windows Server, AWS environments, or Version control (e.g., Git)
Ability to program using best practices regarding security
Familiarity with transactional databases, experience with designing relational databases and optimizing database structure for performance and/or maintainability and the ability to design and optimize stored procedures
Ability to adopt a user’s perspective and design or improve user experience
Experience in responsive and accessible web design and development, ability to create low fidelity wireframe to help communicate ideas
Problem solving and analytical skills
Must be a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
Experience in creating and implementing code tests and quality checks
