Responsibilities
Platform Development: Collaborate with business leaders and other stakeholders to build, enhance, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end solutions for our proprietary job management and insurance claim funding platform
API Integrations: Develop and implement integrations with third-party services such as Stripe, DocuSign, and other SaaS-based applications to enhance platform functionality
Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries to support application performance and scalability
User Experience: Collaborate with designers to ensure a user-friendly and visually appealing interface that is responsive and simple to use
Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure platform reliability
Quality Assurance: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in software development and our already established Software Development Guidelines and engineering processes
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Customer Support, to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines

Required
Full stack development experience and a strong understanding of modern Web technologies.
Several years of experience using the GitHub development platform and CI/CD solutions based on GitHub Actions.
Experience with monitoring and code quality toolsets such as Sentry.io, SonarQube, and GitHub Dependabot.
Proficient in TypeScript / JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and work with cross-functional teams.
Strong commitment to quality using automated testing methods (such as Test Driven Development).
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Web development and Cloud platform services.
Preferred
Experience in fintech or the roofing industry is a plus but not required.
Experience using Stripe APIs for payment processing and treasury services.
