Responsibilities

Design, write, and test new features for our proprietary modeling & simulation platform, in areas ranging from user-interface to scientific computing to DevOps / infrastructure, and data management

Independently investigate and debug issues, both reported and self-discovered

Assist with documentation and performance tuning efforts

Provide direct support to scientific users by consulting on platform usage

Assist with other duties as assigned to contribute to the success of corporate goals and projects

PythonWeb frameworksPositive working relationships

Required

Proficiency in programming with Python

Eagerness to independently learn new technologies as needed

Effective communication and organizational skills

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

Currently working towards a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field

Preferred

Experience with web frameworks, both on the frontend and the backend is desirable
