Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and prepare best software development team
Guide, coach, and mentor team members
Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software development
Prepare lifecycle for different projects inclusive of research, development, design, evaluation, testing along with delivery to product management
Supervise architecture plus lead efforts to develop technical roadmap of all projects
Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for delivery of scalable and high quality software
Work closely with Engineers, Developers and Product Management throughout organization to influence product development assisting or improving customer products
Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress
Develop relations with existing and prospective external customers to interpret all individual requirements
Learn and display as how products would add value to respective business
Ensure top quality design reviews attaining business goals
Supervise resource allocation to assure attainment of appropriate business and personnel development goals
Involved in strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business with leadership chain, team and with customers
Manage and execute software development projects from beginning to finish
Evaluate projects, develop, and update schedules plus supervise project status
Collaborate effectively with all team members as well as hold regular team meetings
Learn and implement the organization quality process and closely monitor the quality process execution in the project team

Required
8+ years of Account / Delivery Management - Project and Program Management (Must understand both Agile and Kanban)
5+ years of Java, React, and NodeJS Development Management
10+ Years of IT experience
1+ year experience in Healthcare industry (preferably provider / hospital)
Bachelors Degree in relevant field of study
Preferred
Experience in implementing / executing latest software development life cycle like scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.
Strong knowledge of job associated database / software / documentation
Strong customer relationship management skills
Involved in project audits / quality process audits
Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a workgroup across multiple geographies
Ability to work effectively with senior management
Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables
Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
Ability to drive accurate and timely decisions
