Continuously optimizing and refactoring our systems to enhance performance and scalability

Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience, with expertise in both backend (e.g., Java, SQL, microservices) and frontend (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Webpack) technologies
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, successfully guiding and growing engineering teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively across disciplinary teams
Preferred
Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, or Zuora
