Responsibilities
Support in managing, and mentoring, a team of software engineers.
Project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
Establish and maintain software development best practices and processes.
Coordinate closely with Product and QA to align requirements and testing.
Lead code review processes, and troubleshooting support issues
Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
Track and communicate team metrics, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a management role.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
Proven experience with project management and resource planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Sufficient knowledge of technologies relevant to the MeU CARE’s tech stack (Java, JEE, Micro-services, MySQL, AWS Cloud, Angular)
Preferred
Experience in Healthcare IT projects, Machine Learning/AI
Experience in cloud computing, DevOps, or CI/CD processes.
