Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes.
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure software architectures.
Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Participate in coding, testing, and debugging efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and API documentation.
Utilize AWS services to build, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications.
Develop and maintain front-end applications using React JS and TypeScript.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Plan and prioritize engineering projects to align with business goals.
Monitor project progress and adjust resources and timelines as necessary.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and architecture.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a software engineering team.
Expertise in AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience in Python, Node.js
Strong proficiency in React JS and TypeScript.
Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
Experience with SaaS development and deployment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S., and must reside in the U.S.

Preferred

Certification in AWS and other relevant technologies.
Experience in Computer Vision / AI / ML
Experience in healthcare integration and standards (e.g. FHIR, HL7)
