Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and manage a team of Engineers and SREs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Define and manage team goals, priorities, and performance metrics aligned with organizational objectives.

Partner with recruiting teams to attract and hire top-tier talent.

Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of critical systems and services.

Drive initiatives to achieve high uptime and meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Monitor systems, resolve incidents, and lead post-incident reviews to implement corrective actions.

Develop and enforce best practices for incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.

Establish and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and other documentation for operational processes.
