Responsibilities
Create and coordinate the development, testing, piloting, and deployment of enterprise-wide software packages
Provide in-depth support for core software and basic support for non-core software
Participate in project activities, including data collection and customer communication
Investigate and resolve non-routine problems related to hardware and software
Maintain and close issues using incident and request tracking software

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum three (3) years of experience with multi-site, large environment application package deployments
Experience with application packaging and distribution tools such as Novell ZENworks, Admin Studio, or SCCM
Minimum three (3) years’ experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Windows workstations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Preferred
Experience with MSI application packaging and application virtualization
Knowledge of Windows automation scripting (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript)
Experience with Visual Basic and Visual Basic scripting
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification (or equivalent)
Familiarity with network operating systems and protocols
