Responsibilities
Develop and implement new ad formats within our SDK using a blend of native mobile and web-based technologies, ensuring compatibility across platforms
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype, design, and build features that maximize engagement and performance
Continuously improve automation quality and interoperability between creative and SDK, ensuring reliable and efficient rendering
Enhance system efficiency and ensure seamless interactions between creative assets and SDKs
Maintain and refine automated testing practices, optimizing workflows for developers and ensuring robustness for publishers and advertisers
Leverage experimentation frameworks and canary release strategies to continuously test, measure, and improve ad unit performance across diverse environments
Support cross-platform compatibility and functionality within the SDK
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment
Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment between technical implementations and business objectives
Engage in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to uphold high standards of code quality

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields and 6 years of relevant experience
At least 4 years of experience with Javascript (ES6+), CSS preprocessors, and HTML5
Experience working in an Agile development team
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
Preferred
Previous AdTech experience is highly valued
Experience developing mobile applications
Advanced automated testing strategies using tools such as AWS Device Farm, iOS and Android simulators, Playwright, Selenium, etc.
