Required
8+ years of software engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Exceptional coding skills and the ability to ship new products lightning fast. We primarily use Python, Elixir, JavaScript. Experience with Python is required.
Deep knowledge of SQL and non-SQL storage systems. We currently have Postgres and DynamoDB. Experience with PostgreSQL is required.
Prior experience in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP) using Kubernetes, Docker, and IaC tools like Terraform.
Previous experience at a hyper-growth startup. You’re an excellent problem solver and a self-starter who can hit the ground running with little direction.
Excellent ability to understand product requirements in the context of a scalable platform. You first think about users rather than the best technical solution.
Known for the high quality of your engineering designs.
Ability to pick up on new technologies very quickly.
