Create quality code and associated tests that eliminate stress in other teams and our customers

Ensure that the merchant underwriting process is unbiased

Understand and demonstrate the importance of handling sensitive financial data about fellow humans

Comfortable continuously delivering code, infrastructure, and tests throughout the product development lifecycle

4+ years of experience and several life-cycles of designing and building systems using Java

An appreciation for code, maintainability, testability, and clarity

A depth of experience along with a strong sense of what is readable, maintainable code

Good communication skills with non-technical fellow Finixians and customers

Comfortable continuously delivering code, infrastructure, and tests throughout the product development lifecycle
