Responsibilities

You will be a key contributor to Figma’s growth as we expand our product offering

Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to define the team’s vision, technical direction, and roadmap

Define and execute on engineering projects to enable our Enterprise customers to be successful with Figma at massive scale

Mentor, and collaborate with high-performing engineers. You'll contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and calculated risk-taking

Required

4+ years working as a professional software engineer

Proven track record of identifying opportunities and successfully shipping high-quality products in high growth environments

Strong cross-team and functional collaboration skills

Experience mentoring other engineers and promoting a collaborative team culture

Preferred

Expertise with Ruby, TypeScript, React, and/or PostgreSQL

Prior work experience in B2B SaaS and working with enterprise customers
