Responsibilities

Build, maintain and take ownership of codebases written in Python, Rust, JavaScript, C/C++, Java and Go.

Evaluate and refine AI-generated code, ensuring it adheres to industry standards for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and refine AI-generated code.

Required

Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Knowledge in at least one of Python, Rust, JavaScript, C/C++, Java, Go, with a solid foundation in software development practices.

Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals.

Available to work evenings and weekends, as the schedule varies depending on team operational needs; flexibility is required.

Demonstrates a strong capacity to quickly adapt by learning new skills and unlearning outdated ones, thriving in dynamic and changing environments.

Preferred

2 years of hands-on industry experience with a proven track record in software development and working with large code bases.

A high reputation on platforms like Stack Overflow.

Evidence of meaningful contributions to open source projects.

Evidence of strong performance in programming competitions, eg. a high rating on Codeforces, or success in the ICPC.

The ideal candidate for this role is adaptable, possesses strong logical reasoning skills applicable to various scenarios, is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Extensive experience with a wide array of tools and systems such as databases, SQL, Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, gRPC, AWS, etc.
