Responsibilities

Designs, develops, evaluates, plans and tests engineering specifications for software programs and applications
Work with team and customer for sprint planning, execution and reviews.
Formulate software solutions, explore problematic areas and investigate issues. Create and showcase solutions by generating documentation, code comments and clear coding practices.
Conduct developer testing in both lab environments and aboard ship when required, to verify software executing in line with requirements.
Limited travel in support of software install and testing.

Required

Secret clearance level must currently possess
Secret clearance level must be able to obtain
3+ years of related experience
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience implementing Agile/Scrum software development cycles
Experience with C# and Postgress++ software development
Must earn Security + certification within 90 days of hire
US Citizenship Required

Preferred

Operational or development knowledge of training systems
Experience with JIRA and subversion
