Responsibilities

Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, interacting with users, and studying system flow, data usage, and work processes.

Investigate and troubleshoot problem areas, providing effective software solutions and ensuring compliance with system specifications and standards.

Design, develop, and enhance Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, utilizing Dataverse, SharePoint, and other databases as backend storage.

Create and manage Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process automation to streamline workflows.

Develop Power BI reports to support data visualization and business intelligence needs.

Leverage Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center to ensure best practices and governance across Power Platform implementations.

Engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and iteration reviews, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Required

experience in SaaS and/or PaaS environments.

experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions.

Extensive Microsoft Power Platform development experience.

Strong experience with Agile development processes and sprint planning.

Proven experience in designing and developing Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, with backend data storage models using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases.

Proficiency in Power BI report design and development.

Strong knowledge of Power Automate Flows and Desktop Flows.

Solid understanding of Dataverse tables and usage.

Familiarity with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.

Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both functional and technical team members.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
