Responsibilities

Build and maintain core backend services in C# and Python that supports our AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Integrate advanced AI and LLM capabilities into key product features and workflows.

Utilize n8n (or similar tools) to automate data pipelines and operational processes.

Work with the product and compliance teams to ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to healthcare regulations.

Participate in architectural discussions, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews—helping to shape our technology roadmap and improve our development processes.

Continuously refine code, infrastructure, and workflows to support rapid growth, adaptability, and innovation.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Familiarity with C# and Python.

Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Storage, Databases).

Understanding of workflow automation tools like n8n or equivalent platforms.

Basic-to-intermediate experience integrating AI/ML features—such as Azure Cognitive Services, Bedrock, OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex—into applications.

Awareness of data security best practices and the importance of compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA) in healthcare.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work alongside product teams, clinicians, and other engineers.

Must be based in New York, with the ability to collaborate on-site as needed.

Preferred

Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, APIs, and full-stack development.

Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) knowledge is a bonus.

Possession of an active GitHub repository demonstrating ML projects or contributions to open-source projects.

Demonstrated expertise in C# and Python, with a track record of building scalable, maintainable backend systems.

Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and advanced cloud services is preferred.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
