Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and development team members throughout the design, development, testing, and delivery of software solutions

Collaborate with internal teams, business users, and third-party vendors to correct issues and improve products

Maintain a well-groomed and organized product backlog with the development team

Utilize industry best practices to author high quality, well-designed and maintainable code

Collaborate with the development team to participate in code reviews

Perform any additional duties identified by the leadership team

Required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems) or equivalent work experience

Experience in an enterprise setting using a strongly typed language (C#, TypeScript, Java)

Experience using modern front-end web frameworks (e.g., Angular 2+, React, Vue)

Experience writing and maintaining REST API endpoints (e.g., Express, ASP.NET Core, Spring)

Experience working within an Agile environment

Proven experience with the following technologies: RDBMS (MySQL, MS SQL, or similar), NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, or similar), Consumption of third-party API’s, Source Code Management (Git, Subversion or similar)

Proficient in both written and oral communications

Proficient with productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, or similar suite)

PA Act 153 (criminal background check) and Act 168 (Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure) clearance

Preferred

Previous exposure to the technical items below is a plus: CSS Frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap), Enterprise utilization of a cloud services provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), Utilization of Infrastructure as Code tool (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), Utilization of an ORM (e.g., Entity Framework Core, Prisma, Drizzle), Custom API design utilizing tools such as Swagger
