Responsibilities
Develop AI systems for cold email campaigns, direct email, and social media retargeting, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms.
Develop omni-channel advertising frameworks to deliver personalized messaging via the most effective channels.
Apply Next Best Action (NBA) and Next Best Offer (NBO) methodologies powered by AI to improve customer targeting and increase ROI via the right personalized message to the right person (high LTV etc.) at the right time.
Design and implement real-time data pipes and APIs for real-time advertising optimization, integrating AI models for advanced personalization and decision-making.
Contribute to AI4ROI’s cloud and systems engineering, and AI solutions, focusing on real-time advertising campaigns with optimal effectiveness at minimal cost.
Contribute to the development of an Identity Graph for comprehensive customer profiling and journey tracking.
Implement two-level data attribution models:
Campaign Attribution: Measure the performance of omnichannel campaigns.
Customer Journey Attribution: Analyze customer behavior and interactions for actionable insights.
Create intuitive dashboards for real-time monitoring of KPIs, campaign performance, and infrastructure health.
Contribute to the integration of data visualization tools for stakeholders to track the effectiveness of AI4ROI’s real-time advertising initiatives.
Document the requirements for the platform by interviewing the stakeholders.
Lead the global development team in prototyping the requirements.
Mentor global development team, including Serbian offshore contractors, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Collaborate across departments to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Required
7+ years in technology leadership, with a focus on IT systems config/ maintenance, cloud architecture, omni-channel marketing and related.
Proven expertise in hands-on IT systems configuration, large-scale data infrastructure, identity graphing, real-time advertising systems, and management of teams with strong collaboration, communication and commitment.
Strong experience with PHP and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and Symfony Framework.
Proven experience in implementing, customizing and integrating open-source marketing automation platforms using APIs and relevant libraries.
BS to Master’s degree in Systems and Software Engineering
10+ years of experience in programming in an object-oriented language (C#, Java, etc.)
Mastery of cloud platforms (Azure and AWS)
Awareness of AI/ML frameworks (Databricks, Clean Rooms, others)
Experience using AI for writing and accelerating code development
Proficiency in identity resolution, data attribution, and cybersecurity practices
Strong leadership and team management abilities with experience overseeing distributed team
Certifications: CISSP, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF
Preferred
Familiarity with Mautic is highly preferred.
