Responsibilities
Management of defects within a corporate defect tracking system Provides technical consulting on complex applications programming projects. Has responsibility for design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Analyzes, devises, and modifies procedures to solve complex business systems issues.
Provides technical and administrative direction for supporting quality assurance of complex software applications, including evaluating, recommending, and implementing automated test tools and strategies.
Creates plan for automating testing of a complex solution in collaboration with architects, technical leads, developers and implements the structure to enable automated testing.
Serves as a subject matter expert providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications.
Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and report status
Ability to train others regarding automation test concepts; plus providing guidance and direction as needed

Required
Proficiency with Object Oriented Programming concepts
Ability to create in-house testing tools, like Reporting, test case analysis.
Ability to automate testing against Restful/SOAP services.
Experience integrating test automation within CI/CD pipelines
Create and maintain test data sets based on test case requirements, ensuring the integrity of test data across various environments.
Ability to design, analyze and execute complex SQL queries.
Proficient in developing scripts and codes for automated testing.
Experience with Agile methodologies
Must possess experience working within a Linux environment.
Working knowledge and experience in relational databases.
Experience designing backend testing
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver
Experience using any Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) test automation tools Cucumber/Gauge etc.
Experience with Oracle Databases
Familiarity with Docker/OpenShift and virtualized environments
US citizen
Ability to obtain public trust
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
5+ years’ experience Object Oriented Programming preferred
3+ years’ experience in Linux environment preferred
3+ years’ experience in creating and maintaining test data sets preferred
