Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure uptime and performance.

Investigate and resolve production incidents, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Collaborate with teams to deploy updates and bug fixes with minimal downtime.

Troubleshoot and provide corrective solutions for identified database related issues.

Support CI/CD pipelines and resolve deployment-related issues.

Document processes, system changes, and resolutions for future reference.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant discipline

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools

Kubernetes

Jenkins

Strong foundation in software development principles

Familiarity in technologies such as Adobe ColdFusion, Angular, Java, Node.js, Python, and Spring Boot

Familiarity with tools like SSMS, Visual Studio Code, and Spring Suite Tool

Preferred

Basic understanding of Office365
