Responsibilities
Works as part of a first-of-its-kind digital engineering group at Inception Health.
Delivers greenfield products as well as shapes our engineering culture, as we build a thriving engineering team focused on delivering a data-driven and experience-focused digital service to our members, community, and providers.

A minimum of 5 years of Engineering experience of software programming, experience in a modern programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, Golang, etc.
Mastery of one or more technical domains and is regarded as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) among peers and mentors others.
Efficient at decomposing requirements into engineering tasks within an issue tracker such as Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues/Project, etc.
Proficient at debugging production issues using observability tools.
Comfortable creating and reviewing component or system architecture designs that conform to industry best practices.

Required
