Responsibilities

Understand the needs of users and clients to establish software specifications

Design software architectures and creating technical specifications

Writing code, testing, and debugging software

Update and maintain existing software

Work with other departments and development teams

Update and maintain documentation

Continuously update technical knowledge and skills

Troubleshoot and fix software issues

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the specific job level.

Knowledge and experience with Agile software methodology as well as end-to-end systems development life cycle.

Good verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.

Good analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.

Experience with C++, Visual Studio, and Git.

Some experience with C#.

Positive outlook and strong work ethic.
