Responsibilities

Independently complete a majority of identified tasks from start to finish with high quality and collaborate with more experienced Engineers when needed.

Efficiently use available tools with minimal guidance.

Demonstrate solid understanding of Engineering best practices.

Ask the right questions, solve problems and build great software.

Partner with team to understand and communicate technical concepts with others in the organization (Technical Communication, Support, Product and Cloud).

Performs well defined tasks with increasing independence and seeks guidance when needed from more experienced Engineers.

Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission and purpose of the organization.

Required

Minimum of 1 year of experience developing enterprise grade software with understanding of testing and quality assurance processes

2 year / Associates

Preferred

Minimum of 2 year of experience in current programming language and tools based on position requirements, JavaScript, (frameworks, React and Angular) HTML, CSS

4 year / Bachelor's Degree

Basic knowledge/familiarity with UX best practices (accessibility)

Strong communication skills

Proven analytical skills

Ability to interact effectively with co-workers in a results driven culture

Ability to adapt to changing platforms effectively

Good listening skills

Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of customers and employees

Solution focused ability working collaboratively in a fast paced environment
