Responsibilities
Write production ready code in C#
Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
Integrate user-facing elements into applications
Test and debug programs
Improve functionality of existing systems
Assess and prioritize feature requests
Collaborate with our product, design, and development teams in order to fully create and understand the requirements for what is necessary to be produced
Fully participate in the agile development process (code reviews, stand-up meetings, etc.)
Mentor/Collaborate with other engineers on the Stavvy team so that we may all progress further.

Required
Creative, skilled, and self-driven Software Engineer with 5+ years of professional experience
Experience coding in C# required
Experience working in the mortgage/fintech space is required
Experience working with SQL is required
While this is a fully remote position, candidates must be located in the Dallas, TX area
Capable of writing complex backend code for a publicly accessible web application with aspirations to scale its user base dramatically
Committed to collaborative problem solving and sophisticated design
Natural collaborator and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Azure preferred
Exposure to the Agile methodology is a plus
