Responsibilities

Proactively influences squad communication and team dynamics

Collaborates with other team members within respective Agile squad and Tribe to define and develop technical solutions to meet product and customer needs

Creates and maintains documentation that is easily consumed by others

Improves the development experience at Truckstop by enhancing development tools, test coverage, and code structure

Improves code structure and architecture in service of testability and maintainability

Trains new squad members

Independently Develop, document, and enhance API endpoints using Node.js or C#, .NET / .NET core, and SQL. Using frameworks like Entity Framework Core, working with IDE's such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code

Implements code that is clear, concise, tested, and easily understood by others

Is responsible for the entire lifecycle of their code: development, test, production, and subsequent fixes and improvements

Independently performs code reviews that follow Truckstop's published standards and practices and that are recognized by their team as helpful

Improves the development experience at Truckstop by enhancing development tools, test coverage, and/or code structure
