Responsibilities
Manage and operate a lab space including updating software, firmware, system configuration, and hardware of Cross Domain Solutions.
Maintain security and access control records, provide users with access to lab documentation, and update Lab Operating Procedures.
Replicate and troubleshoot identified problems, monitor and report failures or deficiencies of hardware assets, and purchase necessary hardware/software.
Maintain hardware and software suite in the lab, support systems integration efforts, and schedule system use for deployments.
Plan daily activities, aid in self-development through available training, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
