Responsibilities
Engage closely with product managers and cross-functional team members to comprehend project requirements and specifications.
Contribute to designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Craft clean, efficient, and meticulously documented code, participate in code reviews, and offer feedback to elevate code quality.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues, stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Drive innovation in software development processes, participate in effective communication channels with team members and stakeholders.
Champion software reliability by creating robust test suites and ensuring the quality of software products.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages (C++, Rust, Kotlin, Java, GoLang).
Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Passion for software development and a desire to grow as a software engineer.
Preferred
Experience with and passion for bitcoin, bitcoin pools, wallets, nodes and/or the crypto industry.
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Familiarity with domain-specific knowledge such as financial systems, healthcare regulations, e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency with development tools, frameworks, and libraries such as specific IDEs, version control systems (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and deployment tools.
Knowledge of SQL and database design principles is often preferred.
Proficient in AWS cloud concepts, including deployment to cloud and Infrastructure as Code. Proficient in ECS, EKS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
Understanding of DevOps principles, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
Experience contributing to open-source projects or personal GitHub repositories.
Prior experience working in a startup environment, with an understanding of the fast-paced and dynamic nature of startups.
