Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems for end-users.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure business continuity and high-end user experience.
Participate in code reviews, write tests, and comply with best practices for builds and deployment.
Provide live on-call support, design API interfaces, and domain models for vendor integrations.
Estimate project timelines, ensure project tracking, and escalate issues when needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or directly relevant professional experience.
Experience working projects from design to post launch operations, while setting and maintaining high standards of technical excellence across your team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and a history of working effectively with your team and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience working on high scale or high stakes production software.
Experience working with major Cloud providers like AWS/Azure/GCP.
Interest in building FinTech, payment, or banking systems.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Solid computer science fundamentals including data structures, design patterns, and optimization.
Proficiency in modern development frameworks and languages. (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Rust, Ruby)
