Responsibilities

Extensive hands-on experience in console operations and batch processing operations using CA7, TWS, ESP tools.
Monitor batch jobs, report/resolve issues and batch scheduling changes in scheduling tool
Perform basic batch operational tasks (Rerun, Step Restart, Hold)
Handle Current Plan batch activities and ad hoc changes
Monitor critical batches & console alerts
Report batch issues. Apply SOP to troubleshoot.
Perform IPL/HMC operations and system maintenance
Handle system breakdowns - Emergency IPL, Dumps
Identify & report risks to SLAs and engage stakeholders
Monitor system performance
Experience in Service Management, dealing with client
Certified ITIL specialist, focused on Incident handling, Change management, Problems and Services Requests
