Responsibilities
Foster a culture of psychological safety, innovation and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software applications.

Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and practices.
Manage engineering team commitments and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain competitive.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in Software Engineering and team management.
Experience in a named role as a people leader.
Strong technical background.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with current development methodologies and project management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, valuing teamwork and effective knowledge sharing with technical and non-technical team members.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and optimizing.
