Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor two cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. Measure system and engineering team performance and work together to prioritize and implement improvements where they will have the most significant impact.

Project Management: Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that meet performance, scalability, and security standards.

Technical Oversight: Guide architectural decisions and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, product designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap.

Recruitment: Hire and build engineering teams from the ground up, contributing to Lula's growth and success.

Required

2+ years of managing remote engineering teams, with proven success in scaling products in a fast-paced startup environment.

Hands-on coding experience and familiarity with SaaS platforms.

Enthusiasm for diving into the details and driving innovative solutions.

Deep understanding of software and development principles and concepts.

Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, empowering engineers to reach their full potential while delivering ambitious goals.

Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment while exhibiting strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a global team.
