Responsibilities

Hands-On Technical Leadership: Spend 80% of your time actively building, writing code, and collaborating with the team. Lead by example in the codebase, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions.

Team Management: Dedicate 20% of your time to leading, mentoring, and growing a team of US-based engineers, fostering both individual and collective development.

Product Roadmap Execution: Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to ensure the timely delivery of our product roadmap, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.

Ecommerce Integrations: Take charge of all ecommerce integrations for our global storefront, ensuring seamless and scalable solutions.

Required

1-2 years managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

6+ years of hands-on experience with full stack web development.

4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, DevOps, and large-scale production applications and scaling.

Past experience building ecommerce platforms.

Preferred

Experience with the Next.js and Nest.js frameworks.

Experience with Shopify.
