Responsibilities

Translate clients’ needs as they relate to data flows and conversions
Gathering, analyzing & defining the requirements to include data sources, data fields, data mappings/transformations
Addressing any relevant problems
Performing standard testing
Chaperoning your assigned features throughout data conversion projects

Required

5+ years of demonstrable SQL skills.
Experience working in IT groups within US commercial insurance or financial services industries.
Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level data conversion/software implementation projects.
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or other customer-facing software project position.
Excellent customer interface skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool to manage requirements in Scrum hybrid process.
