Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to design and implement new product features, ensuring a high-quality user experience and seamless integration with our technology stack.

Work closely with stakeholders across the company to gather feedback, understand pain points, and prioritize product features that align with SafeRide Health’s mission.

Develop user stories, product requirements, and use cases that drive software design with a deep understanding of the user journey and requirements for healthcare transportation.

Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including planning releases, setting success metrics, and conducting post-launch evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Lead sprint planning for your projects, manage the product backlog, and work with the engineering team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions, monitor product performance, and measure impact on key business metrics.

Ensure all products adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare, including HIPAA, and collaborate with legal and compliance teams as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

3-5 years of experience in B2B software product management, preferably within the healthcare, transportation, or related field.

Proven track record of managing and delivering successful software products using agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience translating user needs into product requirements that align with business outcomes.

Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Lucid) and data analytics tools such as Mixpanel.

Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare-related compliance standards.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a strong commitment to improving healthcare access.

Demonstrated ability to work with alacrity and a sense of urgency.
