Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans based on system specifications, requirements, and user stories

Manually test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across various systems, including the SensibaOne platform, Salesforce, and other integrated platforms

Perform regression testing on IT applications and platforms to ensure system stability after updates or deployments

Identify, document, and track bugs using the designated issue tracking tools (such as Jira or equivalent)

Work closely with developers, system engineers, and project managers to troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve defects

Participate in root cause analysis and provide suggestions for improvements based on testing outcomes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Helpdesk, Infrastructure, Data Insights, and Engineering, to ensure alignment on testing processes and objectives

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute to continuous improvement in the testing and development lifecycle

Produce detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders

Ensure thorough documentation of test cases, scenarios, and results to maintain a high standard of QA artifacts for future reference
